Submitting an estimate request does not create a service agreement or guarantee that Seasoned Tree Care will perform the work. Any service agreement, scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and job requirements must be confirmed separately by Seasoned Tree Care.
Estimates may depend on site conditions, tree condition, access, safety concerns, equipment needs, weather, permitting, and other factors.
4. Service Area
Seasoned Tree Care serves select areas in Upstate South Carolina. Service availability may vary by location, job size, scheduling, equipment requirements, and other business factors.
We reserve the right to decline work outside our service area or work that we determine is unsafe, inaccessible, outside our capabilities, or otherwise not suitable for our team.
5. Scheduling and Service
All scheduled services are subject to availability, weather conditions, jobsite access, safety concerns, equipment availability, and other factors.
Tree work can be affected by rain, storms, wind, soft ground, emergency calls, power lines, property access, and other conditions. Seasoned Tree Care may reschedule services when necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information and notifying us of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, fences, pets, locked gates, fragile landscaping, hidden obstacles, or any other conditions that may affect the work.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, you agree that you are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner to request tree services at the property.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and property information
Making sure Seasoned Tree Care has permission to access the property
Identifying property lines when relevant
Notifying us of underground utilities, septic tanks, irrigation systems, invisible fences, drainage lines, or other hidden hazards
Securing pets, gates, and personal belongings
Moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, or other items when requested
Obtaining any necessary HOA, landlord, municipal, or neighbor approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Tree Work Risks
Tree work is inherently dangerous and may involve heavy equipment, falling limbs, saws, cranes, ropes, trucks, chippers, and other hazards.
Seasoned Tree Care takes reasonable steps to perform work safely and professionally. However, tree work may involve risks including, but not limited to:
Yard disturbance
Ruts or ground impressions
Sawdust or wood chips
Minor turf damage
Broken or disturbed small limbs, shrubs, or landscaping near the work area
Access-related impacts from trucks, equipment, or mats
Weather-related delays
Hidden decay or unstable trees
Unexpected jobsite conditions
Seasoned Tree Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, inaccessible areas, inaccurate customer information, or damage caused by conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before work began.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided with the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice or agreement.
Late payments may result in additional fees, collection activity, or refusal of future service, where permitted by law.
9. Photos, Videos, and Jobsite Media
Seasoned Tree Care may take photos or videos of trees, equipment, job progress, completed work, or jobsite conditions for documentation, training, marketing, social media, website content, advertising, or internal business purposes.
We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information such as full addresses, payment information, or private personal details.
If you do not want jobsite photos or videos used for marketing, please notify us in writing before the work begins.
10. Website Forms and Communications
When you submit a form on our website, request an estimate, enter a giveaway, or contact us, Seasoned Tree Care may contact you using the information you provided. Text messages will only be sent where permitted by law and based on the consent choices you selected.
