Built for board approvals and vendor paperwork
Get a written estimate that lists each tree and the work, organized by area or building number for multi-building properties, so it can go straight into a board packet. We can walk the property and mark trees with you before work starts so everyone agrees on the scope.
We carry $2M in coverage and can send a certificate of insurance for your vendor files. Each invoice matches the estimate's line items, making completed work easier to track.
Working around residents
We plan community jobs around the people who live there. We block off parking where trees come down, keep roads and entrances open, and clean up debris in the street before we leave. Where heavy equipment crosses lawns, we lay mats to protect the turf. If a job needs to happen on a Saturday to avoid traffic, ask us when you request the estimate.
Common-area trees we handle
We work around entrances, clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, parking lots and the trees between buildings. Common problems include crape myrtles and maples crowding buildings, Bradford pears and cherries at entrances, and pines over parking.
Trees can crowd water lines and sidewalks, rub roofs, block street lights or leave too little clearance for buses and trucks. Storm-vulnerable pines need attention, too. We'll tell you which trees can be pruned and which should be replaced.

Storm response for communities
After a storm, a manager needs entrances open and trees off buildings fast. We've cleared storm-downed trees across the Upstate, including after Hurricane Helene, using our crane to lift trees off structures. If your community is already a client, call us first when a storm hits: (864) 762-1253.
“Our non-profit received grant funding to support low income families that were affected by Hurricane Helene. It was extremely difficult to find tree services during this time but Johnathan took care of over 12 properties for us with excellent precision, professionalism and quick communication.”
Equipment for tight and high-risk spots
Our own Palfinger crane lets us lift trees over homes, pools and fences instead of dropping them, and lets us reach across from a road or parking lot. For backyards and slopes a truck can't reach, we bring a spider lift. Less damage to lawns and hardscape means fewer complaints from residents.
An HOA project, in the board's words
“These guys are great to work with. We engaged them for a project for our HOA. We removed 90+ trees. The project was projected to take 4-5 days to complete. They completed in 2 days. This included keeping the area cleans and stump grinding. They will be our "go to" for any additional tree needs.”

We plan access ahead of time. We block off parking where trees come down, keep entrances and roads open, clean the street before we leave and use mats where equipment crosses lawns. Saturday work can be arranged when it's quoted.
That depends on your governing documents and plats, so check with your board or manager. We bill whoever hires us. On community jobs, residents often ask us to quote their own trees while we're there, and we quote those separately.
Many Upstate HOAs require approval before removing a tree, even on your own lot. Check your covenants or ask your architectural committee first. Some cities and counties have their own rules too. See our Greenville County permit guide.
