We keep the work area contained, stage our chip and dump trucks to avoid blocking neighbors, and clean up the same day. We carry $2M in liability insurance and workers' comp, which is often what an HOA or neighbor wants to see.
Usually, yes. We use turf protection mats to spread the weight of trucks and equipment and avoid rutting the lawn and irrigation common in Five Forks yards. Where a side yard is too tight to drag wood, our Palfinger crane can lift sections out over the house instead.
