Seasoned Tree Care LLC operates an internal application that connects our own Google Ads account to our own business data. This page describes what that application does, who uses it, and what it can access.
What the application does
- Reads performance for our own advertising — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, the search terms people actually typed, and our conversion actions — so we can measure cost per lead by service.
- Builds and updates our own Search campaigns, including budgets, geographic targeting, keywords, negative keywords, and ad copy.
- Adjusts our keyword bids month to month against seasonal demand. Tree work in Upstate South Carolina is highly seasonal, and different services peak in different months — emergency work with severe weather, structural pruning in the dormant season.
- Raises budgets and bids in areas hit by severe weather, using public National Weather Service alerts, so we can respond where storm damage has actually occurred.
Who uses it
Employees of Seasoned Tree Care LLC only. The application is not available to the public, is not offered or sold to other businesses, and we do not manage advertising for anyone else. We are not an agency or a reseller. It runs on company workstations and is not published on the internet.
What it can access
Only the Google Ads account belonging to Seasoned Tree Care LLC. The application is configured with an allowlist containing that single account, and any request for another account is rejected before a call is made. It does not access customer data, and it does not read or write anything outside our own advertising account.
Data handling
Advertising performance data retrieved by the application stays on company systems and is not shared with third parties. Our Privacy Policy covers information collected from visitors to this website, and our Terms of Use govern use of the site itself.
